Kindness

KINDNESS - the quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate.

Some of its synonyms are:

warmheartedness, affection, warmth, gentleness,

concern, care, consideration, helpfulness, thoughtfulness,

unselfishness, selflessness, compassion,

sympathy, understanding, benevolence, friendliness,

hospitality, neighborliness, generosity, magnanimity, and charitableness.

This, I have decided, is my "word" for 2018.

God has been so kind to me.

With His help, by His Spirit at work in me,

I want to be more intentionally kind to others--

beginning with those with whom I interact daily!

That is a great goal.....I think most of us highly underestimate a kind word
here and there to someone or just doing something kind for someone. We never
know what someone is going thru and where they might be at emotionally and that
one kind word or deed could make a huge difference to them. and like Deanna
said I think it is really necessary but sometimes sorely missing.
So you go girl......and so will I..........

THE BLOGGER'S PRAYER Lord, help me to learn to spell without spellcheck, manage to visit all that visit me, and post regularly - all in 5 minutes a day, so that I can clean house and take care of my family. Help me to not look at every occurrence in my life as a blog post, and to quit taking pictures of weird things to share as well. Please Lord, help me to stop talking about my blog friends as though they are next door neighbors or someone I have known all of my life. And help me, dear Lord, to think of something witty and wise to post tomorrow.
