Giddy with Excitement!

I don't know when I've been so excited about a post lately!
CLICK on the caption above to see it.
It just evolved on me...
(I would have repeated it here except that
a person is limited to a certain number of free photos
used on blogs before you have to pay for them.
I KNOW that because I've already paid once.)
Rather than repeating the post with pictures,
I invite you to join me in this
money-saving click.
I really hope you're not disappointed.
And I hope you see the Life Lesson
that jumped out at me this morning.
Hint:  I want to be like the Rudibeckia.

Minutes later:  OK.  My husband didn't get the
same Life Lesson as me.
So maybe there's MORE than one.
I'm curious.  What did YOU "see"?

  1. They are very hardy aren't they? I split up several Black eyed Susan's in my yard. Started with one and have five now. I couldn't help but notice your St Francis statue. Maybe he helped!
    Love Di ♥

  2. They were not standing alone, they had the support of others?

  3. Hi Rebecca,
Great to be back Thanks for your concern. I too would like to be like the Rudibekia and still look great after the storms, but I fear the winds of time and difficulties have taken their toll. However, I am still standing tall!!!!!
Haven't been here in so long and wow are your blogs beautiful!!!! Think i need some tutoring again.
God Bless your Sabbath, Fondly Meg

  4. I am eager to hear your life lesson—and Gary’s as well.

    How about something like this?

When we rejoice even in the midst of difficulties, we reflect our Creator and look more beautiful and make everyone around us better as well.

Were either of you thinking of the verses from 1 Thessalonians 5:15-18?

Always strive to do what is good for each other and for everyone else. Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

  5. Regardless of contrary winds, some things (AND people) hold their beauty.

  6. That's so funny! I went black-eyed susans crazy this year. I have them all over too :) They are so happy looking...I'm glad that you are able to enjoy them as much as I am..They do nicely in a jar with a hydrangea bloom or rose too:)
    Hope you are staying cool..
    Love and blessings, Jerelene
