I'm looking forward to some hours this afternoon with two of our children and their families. Tomorrow morning we'll be driving a bit further to enjoy Thanksgiving Day with my husband's mother and siblings. Friday we'll be home for a brunch with two of my sisters and their families, my mother and dad.
I continue (and end) my formal November Thanksgiving List with these:
21. Great coffee - still at a reasonable price.
22. Little white lights sparkling on our "Christmas Pole"
23. Anticipation of extended family time over the next 48 hours.
HIS great salvation - so rich; so free.
THANK YOU, LORD!
Happy Thanksgiving to each of you,
my Sweet Friends...
May we all remember:
Count your blessings instead of your crosses;
Count your gains instead of your losses.
Count your joys instead of your woes;
Count your friends instead of your foes.
Count your smiles instead of your tears;
Count your courage instead of your fears.
Count your full years instead of your lean;
Count your kind deeds instead of your mean.
Count your health instead of your wealth;
Count on God instead of yourself.
