Ouch! I Needed That!

This was at the end of an email Kathy forwarded to me. Often I don't read the mass-forwarded email messages I receive. This time, I did. It speaks to me at MANY levels. (See my recent posts at Power, Love and Self-Control.)

Don't ask the Lord to
guide your footsteps
if you are not willing
to move your feet.

  6. Boy howdy...that hit home hard! Don't pray unless you mean it and are ready to follow His will. Easy to say...sometimes harder to execute.

  7. Hard lesson to learn but so true.

  8. Convicting . . . but solid Biblical advice. He guides, but we must do the walking! I'm glad that He walks with us, however!!

  9. Rebecca,
I'm glad this e-mail was inspiring, but I didn't mean to step on your toes! I too, had to repent for not moving my feet in several areas of my life. Sometimes, a gentel reminder from God is just what we need.
We need to pray our prayers, get off our knees and behinds and move as God leads!
    Love ya,
    Kathy
