Back in the Saddle Again

I've had a little better luck today after "defragmentizing" my hard drive.  (I have NO idea what that is...and it is a lengthy process, but I had nothing to lose!)

So after a day in Ohio visiting my parents (and my grandchildren's great-grandparents) I came home to find that my pictures are currently uploading.  There is an occasional whirrrrrrrr from the fan in my laptop and a threatening pause; but so far, so good.

I'm looking forward to good weather tomorrow for my drive to meet my daughter and return the children to her.  Then it's catch-up time! So good to be back in the saddle!

Speaking of being back in the saddle - this is my grandson in his sister's pink patterned sweatshirt, my pink and red patterned headscarf, and my red hat.  Granddaughter is proudly responsible for the costuming - and he is riding a big, black rocking horse.

  2. Sweet photo Rebecca, both of my 2 oldest granddaughters used to dressup their younger brothers. It's a girl thing!
Glad things are working for you, there seemed to be problems all over blogdom today, with blogs loading with missing photos.

  4. Such a cute pic of the grands. You must have ambivalent feelings about them leaving--loving to have them but knowing it's time for them to go back to their parents and their routine.

I've heard most grandparents say they love to have them and are also glad they can send them back.
