TRADING SPACES

My husband helped me move the big pieces and then I rearranged the small pieces!  Tomorrow night we will host one of our small groups from church.  It was a good time to clean and spiff things up.  The Valentine Ideals traded spaces with the Christmas Ideals!
I left all the red candles from Christmas out.  It makes for a "LOVE"-ly room, I think.  I will take the Christmas stack out to our Christmas cabin.  They will feel at home there until next year. I probably have at least 40 Ideals.  They make great greeting cards or  small holiday gifts.  There is something very nostalgic about their contents.  Like this, for example:
      My valentine wish
      Is nothing new...
      Each day I wish
      The best for you.

  1. I love the Ideals magazine...I had a few saved back , not as many as you, but alas..during one of my Dee-clutterings I gave them away and I do miss them. I am sure your small group gathering will enjoy all the fussy and cute detail you put into your decor and making them feel welcome. :)
