Some of you will think I've really LOST it! But here I go!

June 1st is the birthdate of yet another blog. I have quietly and consistently been working at establishing (RE-establishing, really) some healthy habits of diet and exercise. Encouragement and camaraderie have been vital to my discipline. Now that I am started, I want to give back some of what I have been receiving.   3. You changed your Blog...it was lovely before and it is lovely now...you just have good taste, no matter what, Rebecca!

    As for the dieting part, I have found that, for me, it is all about my attitude and determination...plus, with some big no nos, like fried stuff I start thinking of times when they did make me queasy or sick and now I avoid anything fried most of the time.
