Quiet Corner - A Place to Refresh and Reflect

I shared a lovely day Tuesday with a friend. We drove several miles to a favorite spot of mine - Quiet Corner Tea and Coffee Room outside of Churubusco, IN. Inside is just as charming as outside. Nature is highlighted; the Creator praised. After a simple and delicious lunch, we strolled the trails and spent time sitting on the deck watching birds at the feeders and enjoying the fine afternoon weather.

  2. It IS an amazing place. The owners did medical missionary work in India for 8 years (I believe). India chai tea is their specialty. Don't you visit Donna's Booknook? She met friends there not so long ago and posted about it, too....

  5. What a lovely gift to both of your days... Oh, to be able to step away to a quiet, reflective place with a dear friend for an afternoon. Yet in the city, it's quite a drive to get there...

    Blessings upon your day!
