I Know

Yesterday afternoon, my husband and I spent sometime clearing out one of our flower beds
and pruning some shrubs and trees.  So much dead...
but so much promise!
This morning a Facebook Friend posted a black background with only the words
"In stillness the earth awaits the resurrection"
written on it.
That seems like a fitting description of the dormant state of our yard!
But this morning, the birds are singing with extra enthusiasm.
I think they are well aware that their Creator and our Redeemer
LIVES!
I share their confidence.

"For I know that my Redeemer lives, and at the last he will stand upon the earth."
Job 19:25
