  1. I do appreciate you sharing your tweets Rebecca...I do not tweet so I would be missing out on some great quotes.

  2. I think those are really good tweets Rebecca. I can barely fit blogging in anymore. I don't know how you find the time! Wouldn't it be interesting if God sent someone a tweet! Love Di ♥

  4. I just read what Ms. Diana said....and I do believe that God sends us "tweets", if that's an appropriate analogy for when He speaks to us thru His Holy Spirit. These quotes that you've shared today are a way of God speaking to your heart thru others. We have that in common....our love of words....and His Word. Thank you so much for being a vessel for Him....and thank you for stopping by and leaving encouragement for this old, tired lady!!! HOPE you have a great weekend!!!

    1. Yes! The first - so reassuring; the second, challenging. I have limited my twitter account to following only a few. I find these short "snippets" stay with me longer than longer paragraphs or pages.....

  7. Those Nouwen quotes really spoke to me. As I'm off work every summer, I sometimes feel guilty about the time I spend just reflecting and praying...our to-list around the house goes to the back burner. But I must 'seek first the kingdom', and so I do take the time for the essential and sometimes let the 'urgent' go.
