Dear Anonymous...

Dear Anonymous, No, I never sold them (and as I published your question/comment on my October 2009 post, I saw two above it asking me to send them info.  For the life of me, I can't remember if I responded to that request!)

At any rate, I'd like $20 for the 3 pieces. (click to see full details).  I have NO idea what postage would be.  It would need to be added in --or if you live close enough, perhaps I could arrange pickup or delivery.  Now that I think about it, I believe postage WAS the hang-up for the other person who inquired...

Since I am trying to simplify my life and pare down our possessions, I'd be happy to make a deal!

(Guess that means "first come, first serve"!)

  1. so what color are they? One photo makes them look a salmon color and the other looks tan/yellow. Did you try Craig's List? I can't believe some vintage collector hasn't snapped these up. They are darling!

  2. I think "tan," Jacquelyn. The top photo is pretty true. I have sweaters stored in one of them...Forgot about 'em until somebody inquired this morning. I wasn't sure how to respond - no email and apparently not a blogger - so did it this way.

  3. I remember this set and really loved it Rebecca. I would buy it but as I have been reevaluating my home, I've realized how much STUFF I need to get rid of.
I think a yard sale this spring may be in order as much as I hate having them. The cash is great it's just all of the work involved! I don't think you will have any trouble finding someone who'd like that luggage. I would keep posting it from time to time. Good Luck!
    Love Di ♥

  4. I'm just catching up on some blog reading. I think I read the last 6 of yours! I guess I've been in a bit of a slump as well. And now today, when I had decided to get some things done, my hubby has the flu and men tend to need TLC. I'm so glad I'm still young enough to be flexible! LOL!

  5. Rebecca, I'd love to purchase them! Do you have a MAIL BOXES ETC. local? They could help with the shippling and handling details. Just let me know a final cost!
