Wednesday in a Nutshell

Unexpected beauty in Wheeling, West Virginia--several streets of Victorian homes.
Centre Market--the oldest original market of its kind (we were told)--similar to the one we saw in Charleston.  This one is now used primarily to display and sell work of local artists.  Antique shops and
unique stores lined the streets on both sides of the market.
On the way to Holmes County, OH, we passed a yard FILLED with stone carvings.  Ominous signs warned against trespassing, and no one appeared to be home.  I furtively took a few pictures which are posted under "Vacation" tab above.
This is our charming "host-less" Bed and Breakfast in Charm, OH.
The price includes breakfast and dinner at a wonderful restaurant just across the street.
On "our" porch (thanks to 10 second delay on my cell phone camera)!
For pictures of the interior, go HERE.

Then Jesus said, "Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest."  (Matthew 11:28)

The photos of the Victorian homes remind me so much of the beautiful brownstones in Manhattan.
I'm off now to view the interior of your 'home away from home'!
