These lights will light the night between now and Thanksgiving. Then we'll change them out to white ones
for Christmas--and the rest of the winter...
for Christmas--and the rest of the winter...
Tonight, they join the moon which appears as a hazy spot above our house.
And God said, "Let there be lights in the expanse of the sky to separate the day from the night,
and let them serve as signs to mark seasons and days and years"...
God made the lesser light to govern the night. He also made the stars.
Genesis 1:14-16
Oh love lights!!!...That's one of the things I love about CHRISTmas :) :)...now I haven't seen anyone put up lights for Thanksgiving...but now that I've seen your photo :) :)....I'll have to keep my eye out for some :) :) :) Love and hugs from Oregon, Heather :)
ReplyDeleteI bought 2 boxes for $.74@ on clearance after Halloween two years ago and forgot I had them! The nights are getting longer, and I like lighting up the front of the house for passersby during the evening and early morning...
