Back Home again in Indiana

After early morning rains, we drove the rest of the day in pleasant weather. After making

the traditional stops at a few thrift stores, we enjoyed a meal at Carvers in Richmond, IN. With stomachs satisfied, we couldn't wait to get home! The "three sisters" (vibernum) were blooming as was the flowering
crab tree.

A demure lily of the valley greeted me on the side of the house as well as a profusion of lavender flowers on the low-to-the-ground plant.
