I Had Help

Mother's recipe....
Dad's assistance...
Heavy duty stirring.
Cookie dough now "chilling".
We'll make balls of it, flatten them, and bake.
I'll store them on the back porch until our family gathering next week.
Hopefully they'll last till then.

  1. What a special thing, Rebecca. It must have touched his heart too, to use your mother's recipe!

    Enjoy your gathering!

  2. These look good and I love TRADITION. Not much left of it around here which makes me sad. Wish I could slip by for a cookie with you!!!

    1. I love TRADITION, too - but you'd never know it. We have very few at our house. I wish that you could drop by for a cookie with me. I'd love to share (and chat face-to-face)!
